Meet President - William Wall

Bill Wall, Owner/President, was born and raised in Emmaus, Pennsylvania. Bill started working for his Grandfather, Sam Landis, Sr. when he was just 12 years old. Following in his Grandfather’s footsteps Bill developed an undeniable work ethic and desire to master carpentry and construction while working for AP Houser. Bill's experience in this role ran the gamut from supervising additions at some of the local hospitals to managing the completion of a 21 Million Dollar dormitory at Lehigh University. Bill was involved in all parts of the project process – conducting project meetings, coordinating subcontractors, managing change orders and commissioning close outs of the entire project. 


Before starting Valley Builders in 2004, Bill was superintendent for one of the largest construction managers in the Lehigh Valley, a key role which has led to the success of our company. Bill is an integral part of every project Valley Builders performs. Bill makes sure the client is educated and informed on each phase of their project. With Bill's experience and hands on construction knowledge our clients can feel confident Valley Builders will meet all their expectations for their project.  


Roy Reichelderfer, Project Estimator/Manager and Vice President since 2010, oversees all aspects of Valley Builders construction. With over 40 years in the construction industry Roy brings a diverse set of skills to the Team. His background in construction management, site development, estimating and supervision provides our customers with the experience and support needed to deliver a quality project. Roy has developed a strong relationship with our clients as well as a long list of subcontractors we can trust, proving to be a valuable key to our success


Dan DePalma, Estimator/Project Manager , is a graduate of West Chester University. Dan first joined Valley Builders in 2014. Traveling the country, as a member of the Valley Builder’s Tough Mudder Team, Dan learned many aspects of project management and how to supervise a job site. Dan also spent time as a third shift foreman developing his understanding of construction, project management and estimating. Looking for a new challenge, he made his move to Assistant Project Manager in 2016 assisting with building dormitories at DeSales University. Today, Dan has moved into a Project Manager and Construction Estimator position and has become a valued member of the management team.


Ryan Kazmierski, Estimator/Project Manager, is a graduate of Triangle Technical Institute with a degree in Carpentry, Construction Management, and Construction Technology. He spent time with a residential remodeling company performing all field tasks to complete the job on time and on budget. He then became a field supervisor for a large commercial partitions company overseeing and performing all aspects of carpentry work awarded. He is now a valued member of the Valley Builders management team.


Curt Santee is our Design & Development Director . Curt has designed many major projects which have been recognized by the American Institute of Architects and other professional organizations, and encompasses a versatile range of educational, municipal and civic projects. Curt also serves as an adjunct professor in the Department of Architecture at Northampton Community College where he has taught design and architectural graphics for more than seven years. As an experienced project designer Curt’s expertise gives our Team the edge in anticipating problems, working through challenges, and seeking team solutions.


Leroy (Butch) Scholl, Senior Project Superintendent , is a key member of our Team. His excellent communication skills and attention to detail make Butch an invaluable member of Valley Builders. Butch’s responsibilities include site management, scheduling of manpower and subcontractors, quality control, problem solving and consulting with the Client/Owner. He is OSHA trained and plays a significant role in keeping our EMR Rating below .077.


Shelly Watson, Business Manager , has been an essential part of the Valley Builders Team since 2006. She is responsible for overseeing day to day business operations including all financial aspects, Human Resources, employee benefits plans, and corporate policies and procedures. Shelly takes pride in being a team player and developing strong working relationships with Valley Builders clients and subcontractors. 


Ally Bissol, Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist is a graduate of Bloomsburg University. Ally first joined us in 2017. Serving a critical role within Valley Builders as Payroll Specialist, she is also involved in processing all invoices, managing subcontracts and maintaining purchase orders. She works closely with our Estimating team to ensure accurate and on-time billings and AIA pay applications. Ally is likely the first person you will talk to when meeting Valley Builders for the first time, and likely someone you will look forward to speaking with during visits to our office.
